绿色低碳发展与农民工高质量就业

摘    要:利用2014—2020年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,探究绿色低碳发展对农民工高质量就业的综合影响、作用机制与结构性差异。研究表明,绿色低碳发展对农民工高质量就业具有显著的促进作用;绿色低碳发展通过生产力效应和结构优化效应的传导作用来实现农民工的高质量就业;绿色低碳发展对农民工高质量就业的影响存在异质性,对低技能、东部农民工的提升效应更为显著。从长期来看,绿色低碳发展对农民工高质量就业的影响呈现边际递增的非线性效应。研究建议应进一步推动绿色低碳转型,以充分发挥绿色低碳发展对农民工高质量就业的促进作用。

Abstract:This article uses the family panel survey(CFPS) data of China from 2014 to 2020 to explore the comprehensive impact, mechanism, and structural differences of green and low-carbon development on the employment quality of migrant workers. Research shown that green and low-carbon development has a significant promoting effect on the high-quality employment of migrant workers; Which has been achieved through the transmission of productivity effects and structural optimization effects; The impact of green and low-carbon development on the high-quality employment of migrant workers is heterogeneous, with a more significant improvement effect on low skilled and eastern migrant workers. In the long run, the impact of green and low-carbon development on the high-quality employment of migrant workers shows a non-linear effect of marginal increase. Research suggests that further efforts should be made to promote green and low-carbon transformation, in order to fully leverage the role of green and low-carbon development in promoting high-quality employment for migrant workers.
