| Abstract: | Local colleges and universities are newly built as a result of economic and social development.To keep pace with the development of higher education,newly-built colleges and universities should orientate themselves definitely and set a development target.Moreover,they should define their vantage points and draw up their own development strategies based on their local situations so as to secure a sustainable development. |
