摘    要:现代高校岗位设置是制约高校人事制度改革,进而影响高校发展的重要因素.基于大学在教育、科研和为社会服务方面的使命,结合我国事业单位岗位设置的指导思想,围绕现代大学制度建设,我国高校岗位可以分别设置为:政治权力岗、管理经营岗和学术权力岗,进而再分别设置相应的分属下级层级岗.这三种岗位具有各自的新职责,相互制约,相互配合,根本上是为了维护高校的学术权力,体现高校的学术价值,促进高校社会服务功能的发挥.

Abstract:Job placement in a modern university is an important factor restraining the reform of personnel system and influencing its development.In view of historical mission that Chinese universities should fulfill nowadays on education,scientific research and social services,especially the leading the guidelines for the job placement in social institutions,it is suggested that jobs in a university can be divided into three functional types that are separately responsible for political leadership,administrative management and academic leadership.And different subordinate jobs are allocated to each of them.Such a job division can clarify the present vague duties and realize the balance of leadership or power with mutually coordinative supports provided so as to defend the academic power in higher education.Only in this way the academic value of a university is possibly to be embodied with its function of social service fostered.
