| 摘 要： | 体验式教学以"做"为主,做中求"悟","悟"中至学,包括规则制定、角色分配、环境设置、现场指导和业绩评定五个教学环节。通过模拟公司的经营管理实践这种体验式教学模式,学生在学校就可以积累起一定的工作经验,毕业后实现零培训上岗。

| Abstract: | Experience teaching mode puts practice at the first position and requires students to obtain knowledge and inspiration from practice other than textbooks or classes. This teaching mode includes the rule formulation, the role assignment, the environment establishment, the on - the - spot guidance, and the achievement assessment. By experiencing in the simulation company's management, students may accumulate relative work experiences at the school, which ensure them a full career experience for a better job offer without further training. |
