| 摘 要： | 能源是一个国家赖以生存和发展的重要资源,充足的能源保障意味着经济长期增长获得了稳定的动力来源,能源因此成为显示政治和经济力量的硬通货,国家能源政策随之也带有战略含义。在日益相互依赖的当今世界,中国能源供应的外部环境无法摆脱美国因素,美国也无法忽略中国能源需求激增衍生出的外交、安全、环境等各方面的问题。能源已成为中美关系中的一个重要议题,要求两国合作应对,共谋双边关系大局。
