陕西榆林能源重化工基地能源开发利用的问题与对策研究

位于晋陕蒙三省交界地带的陕西榆林能源重化工基地 ,有着丰富的煤炭、天然气、石油及岩盐等矿产资源。但是现阶段开发利用过程中出现的资源破坏严重、综合利用率低及环境问题突出等问题 ,给当地原本脆弱的生态环境造成了更大的威胁。因此必须加强资源管理 ,通过建立一系列的政策、标准及监控体系 ,走集约化开发建设之路 ,减轻对环境的破坏 ,实现能源的可持续利用

Studying on Problems and Countermeasures of Energy Resources and Heavy Chemical Industries Base in Yulin Shaanxi Province

The mineral resources such as coal, natural gas, petroleum, and salt mine are rich in Energy Resources and Heavy Chemical Industries Base in Yulin, Shaanxi province, adjacent to Yulin, Shaanxi province and Internal Mongolia Autonomous Region. But druing recent years exploitation, the problem of severe destrulton of the natural resources, the low rate of comprehensive utilization and the environmental problem appeared. All these problems are menacing the tragile eclological environment in this region. For the purpose of sustained utilization of energy, the problems should be solved by reinforcing the administration of the resources, formulating a set of policies and standards as well as a supervisory system, exploiting and constructing in advanced-technological and integrated way.
