| 摘 要： | 为保证数量增长的同时不断提高研究生培养质量,通过开展"大家谈研究生教育"调查研究活动掌握了研究生教育中存在的问题。针对存在问题,我校研究生教育需要加强导师建设,发挥集体指导优势,强化研究生自我学习研究能力培养,发挥研究生院的督导管理作用。

| Abstract: | To ensure a continuous improvement in the quality of graduate education along with the increase in the enrollment of graduate students, a survey entitled "Let's Comment on Graduate Education" was conducted. In view of the existing problems found through this survey, the paper suggests to strengthen the construction of the contingent of supervisors, bring the collective guidance into full play, intensify the cultivation of graduates' independent capability of learning and research, and give full scope to the directing and managerial functions of the department of graduate education. |
