The Knowledge and Ability that a University Librarian Should Obtain in the Current Network Working Condition

In this article the author proposes that a university librarian should obtain and master a variety of skills and knowledge so as to meet the requirements of current network working condition. These skills and knowledge are listed as the following : Computer operating technique and network knowledge , the ability of managing,collecting,dealing with documents and information, a good command of one or more foreign languages, the ability of harmonizing human relations and public relations, and also the profound knowledge in the specialization?as well as the ability of synthesizing all the knowledge required.
