| 摘 要： | 高校建立高水平运动队旨在完善我国竞赛、训练体制 ,培养有科学文化知识、有较高体育运动水平的高校自己的运动员。但目前有相当多的高校为了追求眼前利益 ,不顾建立高水平运动队的初衷 ,采用其它手段 ,用虚假的成绩来获得短期效应 ,从而忽视了对高水平运动队管理的改革。高校高水平运动队要发展 ,必须充分利用高校自己的优势 ,加大生源基地的投入 ,建立科学合理的选才检测体系 ,进一步完善对运动员及教练员的管理制度。

| Abstract: | The goal of setting up university sports teams is to perfect national competition and training system and to foster sportsmen with scientific knowledge and high-level physical qualifications. Yet there exists a tendancy for universities false achievement to seek short-term profits by regardless of the original aim of establishing high-level sports teams and the necessity of carrying out reforms of sports teams. Therefore this article analyzes the current situations of university high-level teams and proper strategies for further improvement so as to perfect management regulation of trainees and trainers. |
