| 摘 要： | 秋瑾被害后,各种不同背景的报纸竞相报道,形成了新闻传播意义上的议程设置。连续不断的报道使得该议程由媒介议程逐步转化为公众议程,由"秋瑾案"演化为"绍兴冤狱",并在新政、立宪的语境下,进而演化为政策议程,亦即在舆论的压力下,涉案人员或罢职,或自杀,或他杀,或蹭蹬终身。该议题引起了社会舆论的广泛关注,朝野的震动反映了媒介议程设置的效果与作用。但是在社会失范的状态下,媒体的舆论监督虽然有效,但力量还有限。

| Abstract: | The event of Qiu Jin being killed formed the agenda-setting for Qiu Jin on the media in the Late Qing Dynasty.The newspapers of various backgrounds reported this case continuously and made the media agenda transform to the public agenda gradually,as a result of which the Qiu Jin case turned to be the Shaoxing Injustice.Under the circumstance of the new policy and the preparation for constitutionalism,it evolved into the policy agenda.This agenda-setting caused the public concerns widely.The shock in the gov... |
