| 摘 要： | 本文以山东、河南两个人口大省为例，从转移地域类型、转移产业类型、转移人口类型、转移时间类型、转移动机和转移收入6个方面比较分析了农村劳动力转移模式。并在此基础上构建了农村劳动力转移区域非均衡度指标体系。对山东、河南两省农村劳动力转移区域非均衡性进行了定量分析和综合评价。

| Abstract: | Taking Shandong and Henan as examples, the thesis analyzes the differences of rural labor transfer modes in the aspects of transfer region type, transfer industry, type, transfer population type, transfer time type, transfer motivation and transfer income. On this basis, the thesis builds regional nonequilibrium degree index system of rural labor transfer. Then the author makes the quantitative analyses and a comprehended evaluation of Shandong and Henan provinces＇ regional disequilibrium of rural labor transfer. |
