| Abstract: | The policy of the large-scale development of China's western region has been implemented for few years, but the related legal system is lagging behind. This paper explores some legal important problem in the development of western ethnic regions and discusses whether the related legislation is necessary from the angle of the legal operation. So, the study tries to provide some feasible legal basis for the development of western region. |
