村民委员会换届选举中存在的问题与对策

随着我国民主进程的推进以及农村物质文明、精神文明、政治文明的协调发展,广大农民的民主、平等、维权意识与日俱增,现行立法中有关村民委员会选举的规定已表现出诸多不完善之处,在实践操作中也凸现不少问题。因此,必须立足实际,通过有效解决农村选举委员会的产生方式、选民资格的界定、村委会候选人资格条件的完善等一系列问题,才能搞好农村基层民主选举工作,夯实农村基层民主政治建设的基石。

The Problems of the Village Committee Election and Measures——Taking Wenzhou as example

With the advancement of democratic process and coordinated development of rural material civilization,spiritual civilization and political civilization,the awareness of democracy,equality and rights of farmers is growing with the times.The existing legislations on village committee elections have shown a lot of imperfection as well as a number of problems in practice.Therefore,we must effectively address a range of existing problems such as the way of generation of election committee,the qualification of voter,improvement of qualification of the candidates,and the voting right of the floating population in order to improve elections of grassroots democracy in countryside and strengthen construction of grassroots democracy in countryside.
