| Abstract: | Carbon emissions are regarded as public goods because of the limited capacity of carbon emissions to the atmosphere.Carbon emissions will bring strong negative effects,affecting people＇s normal life if the carbon emissions exceed the ability of self-purification of the atmosphere.In conclusion,we will rationalize the carbon emissions and improve the efficiency of energy use by the joint effort of country and market in order to build a better environment. |
