| Abstract: | The theory of neo-imperialism is regarded as the current national policy of USA. It comprises the theory of ＂failed states＂, the theory of ＂gaining the initiative by striking first＂, as well as the theory of limited sovereignty, theory of democracy and liberty, the theory of omnipotent free market economy. |
