| 摘 要： | 最低生活保障制度(以下简称低保),是社会保障体系中社会救助制度的一个组成部分,是维护社会稳定、保障人民基本生活的最后一道“防护网”。文章简要介绍了我国城市居民最低生活保障制度的现状,分析了当前低保制度存在的问题及产生的弊端,提出了一些措施。
