| 摘 要： | 离退休人员管理与服务工作在高校工作中占有特殊地位,做好高校离退休人员的管理与服务工作,对于和谐校园的构建及学校的发展有着重要的影响。分析了当前高校离退休人员管理服务工作面临的困难和压力,提出强化管理与服务职能的措施,并针对建立一支高素质离退休工作队伍及发挥高校离退休干部的人才作用进行深入探讨。

| Abstract: | The management of and service for college retired personnel has great impact on the construction of harmonious campus and school development.It analyzes the stress and difficulty in the management of and service for college retirees.Strategies to reinforce the management and service are proposed and discussions are carried out about the management workers＇ quality and the retired cadre＇s role. |
