论寿鹏飞的修志思想

寿鹏飞是民国时期公认的理论与实践相结合的方志名家，主纂河北《易县志》等，著有《方志通义》和《方志本义管窥》，在中国方志史上首次公开打出了志书“为地方人民而作”的旗帜。其具有民主主义思想特色的方志理论——志义说，衍生出以“民本”“专详民事”为方志本义、义重于例、因义选材、因义生例、详简以志义为本等思想，对民国乃至中华人民共和国成立以后的修志产生了重大影响。

Shou Pengfeis Thought in Local Records

Shou Pengfei was a well-known master of local records in the Republic of China. He was the chief editor of Local Records of Yi County for Hebei province and the author of the two books The General Theories and Restricted View for Basic Theories in Local Records. He had been committed to making up it for people in the history of Chinese local records for the first time. His democratic theories in local records, Zhiyi Shuo, and then gradually developed into the idea of putting people first and specializes in livelihoods, including other thoughts, such as focusing on the goal rather than rules, choosing material for purport, severing rules as the point and so on. These theories have an important influence for local records from generation to generation
