| 摘 要： | 近年来我国房地产业出现了快速发展的过热现象,其原因复杂。2004年中央开始有针对性地对房地产行业进行宏观调控,但过去的和现有的政策只具有明显的短期效应。因此,各级政府必须从房地产行业目前的机制与现存的问题出发,建立与市场经济相适应的房地产业宏观调控的长效机制,真正使房地产业长期稳定健康的发展。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the real estate industry of our country has been over developed under very complicated conditions.The central government has been implementing macro-modulation policies to control real estate industry since 2004;however,neither the previous nor the present policies can exert long-term efficiency.The paper points out that only with feasible macro-management and modulating system in accordance of market economy,can government put the development of real estate into the right track so as to see its sound,sustainable and harmonious advance. |
