摘    要:为研究磷的质量分数大小对Ni-W-P镀层的硬度和磨损性的影响,采用化学沉积的方法制备Ni-W-P合金镀层。 通过扫描电镜( SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)及X射线衍射法(XRD),分析研究了Ni-W-P镀层的微观组织结构、成分和形貌特 点。对Ni-W-P镀层进行硬度测试及干摩擦磨损实验,分析研究镀层热处理前后的显微硬度及磨损性能。研究结果表明 磷元素质量分数的大小对硬度影响至关重要,其磨损的主要形式是粘着磨损。

Abstract:For the study of the influence of phosphorus content on Ni-W-P coating hardness and wear resistance. the chemical deposition method was used for the preparation of Ni-W-P alloy coating. By scanning electron microscopy ( SEM)/( EDS) and XRD diffraction method. the Ni-W-P coating microstructure, composition and morphology charac- teristics were analyzed. Based on Ni-W-P coating hardness testing and dry friction and wear experiments, the microhard- ness and wear performance of the coating had been studied before and after the heat treatment. The results prove that the content of phosphorus element crucially influence the hardness. and the main form of the wear is adhesive wear.
