| 摘 要： | 当前社会出现了道德失范的问题,其深层次的原因在于权利与义务的关系在一定程度上失衡及其所导致的社会不公的存在。笔者认为,解决这一问题的根本途径是对公民深入持久地开展思想道德教育,并建立相关机制、完善法制,建立公正合理的道德评价体系,使宪法和法律所赋予公民的各项基本权利真正落到实处,消除社会不公,为道德建设打下坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | The moral loses its standard seriously.The reason of its deep level structure consists of the balance loss between power and obligation in a certain degree and thus leads to the unfairness of society.The writer thinks the basic path to solve this problem is to unfold a deep and permanent education and establish related mechanism,perfect legal system,build fair and reasonable moral evaluable system,realize the people's basic right the Constitution provides to them,eliminate social unfairness,and lay a solid foundation for moral construction. |
