传统优势工科专业人才培养质量体系的构建与实践

在高等教育大众化和"宽口径、厚基础"新培养模式下,如何培养具有坚实的专业理论素养和较强实践动手能力的地质工程人才?环境与土木工程学院结合自身的特点和科研优势,提出了"重视地质基础,强化工程素养和设计与创新能力培养"的地质工程人才的理念,并通过教学和科研的有效结合,狠抓"四大"建设(专业建设、师资队伍建设、课程建设和实践教学创新体系建设),成功构建了一系列国家级教学质量工程,通过质量工程的建设把教学重心转到提高教学质量上来,形成重视教学、重视质量的良好环境和管理机制,有效地提高了本科教学质量。

The Construction and Practice of Professional Talent Cultivation Quality System in Traditional Superiority Engineering Course

With the trend of popularization of higher education,the present situation of training mode is "broad caliber,thick foundation".How can we cultivate a student of talent in geological engineering who is entirely master his professional theory as well as have the capacity of practice experiences? With the condition of our own characteristics and advantages of scientific research,the college of Enviroment and Civil Engineering put forward a new concept which is"Highlights the basis of geology,emphasizes on the training of engineering timber and capacity of design and innovation".At the same time,we effectively combine teaching with scientific research and pay close attentions to the "four main aspects"(professional construction,the ranks of teaching construction,curriculum development construction,teaching and innovation system construction).Finally we succeed in setting up a series of national teaching quality projects.Through these projects construction,we are able to shift the teaching focus to inhance our teaching quality,and already formed some excellent circustances and manegement mechanism of teaching and teaching quality,which has effectively impoved the teaching quality of undergraduate.
