中小企业板上市公司经营绩效的评价

中小企业板是我国建立多层次资本市场的一个重要部分，中小企业板公司与大企业相比．具有规模小，可抵押资产少，市场风险大，收益不确定，但又极具成长性等特征，对其的绩效评价要围绕中小企业的特点来展开。常用的单指标与多指标的绩效评价方法对于中小企业板公司来说，存在着不适用性，本文尝试着用主成分的分析方法对中小企业板公司2005年的经营绩效进行综合评价。

Evaluation of the Management Performance of Listed Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

Small and medlum-sized enterprises are an important part of our multilevel capital market. Compared to large enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises are small in scale, little in pledged assets, high in market risk and indefinite in benefits, but they are likely to grow. Evaluation of their performance can only be made according to their characteristics. The commonly used single-target or multi-target evaluation method is not applicable to them. The paper intends to employ the main-element analytical method to make a comprehensive evaluation of their management performance in 2005.
