工科研究生创新能力培养现状与改革

摘    要:研究生创新能力的培养不仅影响高等学校知识创新的水平,也关系国家未来的整体创新能力。目前研究生的选拔和培养体系、课程设置、师资建设和科学研究实践等方面均存在制约研究生创新能力培养的因素。全面推行以科研为主的导师负责制和导师资助制,将研究生创新能力培养纳入学校科技发展的总体框架,强化学位论文中间环节的监督和严格答辩程序,同时为研究生搭建多种形式的学术交流平台,科研创新氛围,可更好地培养研究生的创新能力。

Abstract:It is crucial to promote the innovative abilities of graduate students in the knowledge innovation level of universities as well the country's future comprehensive innovative capacity. The factors limiting the innovation training of graduate students arc examined from such aspects as selecting and training system, curriculum design, teaching faculty construction and scientific research practice. It is important to adopt the innovative abilities training into the university development program of science and technology, to fully establish tutor responsiblity and tutor support system of graduate training, and to strengthen the middle-term monitoring and defending of thesis. In the meantime, it is necessary to create scientific innovation atmosphere through building diverse exchange platforms for graduate students.
