| 摘 要： | 评估型政府的产生和发展是20世纪80年代以来西欧高等教育政策的重要特征。评估型政府不仅改变了政府与高等教育之间的关系,而且影响着许多国家的高等教育制度。因此,把握评估型政府的概念、特征、影响以及存在的问题,是高等教育研究领域的重要问题。
