| 摘 要： | 青岛市制造业基地建设无论在总体数量上 ,还是在结构层次上都对人力资源产生新的需求。通过对青岛制造业的 2 9个企业的调查表明 ,现有的人力资源和制造业基地建设对人力资源的需求在理论上存在巨大的缺口 ,学历低一个层次 ,大多数企业高级管理人员和中级管理人员过多 ,高级专业技术人员缺乏 |

| Abstract: | It makes new needs to human resources both in number and in structure for Qingdao to Build Manufacturing Base. The 29 enterprises were investigated and the result showed that there was a great difference between the present human resources and the need of Human Resources for Qingdao to build manufacturing base, the present education level of human resources was lower than the needs, the number of managers in most enterprises was bigger than the needs, but the technical staff was lacked, and the ages were suitable. |
