高校科研管理中的主客体关系探析

The Subjective-objective Relation in Scientific Research Administration in Universities

Through the introduction of the theory of subject-object relation into the administration of scientific research in universities,we can find that scientific researchers and scientific research administrators both regard themselves as the subjects and the other side as the objects,i.e.,they have formed the mutual subjective-objective social relation.Therefore,the mutuality and interaction between both sides can optimize the scientific research effect and benefit in the course of harmonious development.
