| 摘 要： | 随着社会的不断进步,人们对人权问题的关注越来越多。目前在刑事诉讼中人们从对被告人人权保障问题的关注已经开始转向对被害人人权保障的关注上,本文仅从建立刑事被害人国家补偿制度的角度来阐述对被害人人权保障的问题。

| Abstract: | Along with society＇s unceasing progress,people are more and more attention to human rights issues.Present in criminal proceedings against the accused people from the protection of human rights concerns have begun to shift attention to victims of human rights protection,this paper only from the Crime Victim Compensation point to elaborate on the issue of protection of human rights victims. |
