计算机互联网的迅速发展和日益普及 ,使当代大学生们尽情地享受着高科技带来的各种便利 ,但同时网络道德失范的现象也比较严重 ,黑客的攻击、黄色信息的传播和西方文化的渗透对大学生产生了较大的影响。这就要求高校采取关注网络、正确引导学生心理和制定规范、约束学生网络行为等系列措施加以控制和打击 ,确保网络信息系统的安全运行和信息安全传输。

On Internet Morality Education of College Students

While the growth and popularity of internet technology have greatly benefited contemporary college students in many respects, it is exerting serious negative influence on them as well: hackers' attacks, the spread of pornography, the infiltrating of western cultures, etc., are posing more and more serious internet-related problems. To safeguard the smooth running and transmission of internet information, institutions of higher education must keep a close watch on the internet, regulate the use of internet and keep students' internet behavior under control.
