摘    要:长期雇佣是异质型人力资本形成的前提,异质型人力资本是构建企业核心竞争力的源泉。由于异质型人力资本具有非竞争性、难以模仿性、价值性、稀缺性等特点,以及异质型人力资本与企业核心竞争力之间存在着路径依赖性、社会复杂性、因果关系模糊性,导致企业形成内化和差异化的核心竞争力,最终形成持久、稳定的竞争优势。长期雇佣、异质型人力资本与企业核心竞争力的契合、匹配,受许多因素的制约和影响。

Abstract:Long-term employment is the premise of idiosyncratic human capital which is the headspring of key competitiveness of enterprise.Because idiosyncratic human capital is non-competitive,difficult to imitate,valuable and scarce,and there exists path dependence,social complexity,fuzziness of causal relation between idiosyncratic human capital and key competitiveness of enterprise,which causes the enterprise to form internal and differential key competitiveness,ultimately form a lasting and stable competitive advantages.Many factors control and affect the matching relationship between long-term employment,idiosyncratic human capital and key competitiveness of enterprise.
