| Abstract: | It is put forth that the effective transformation of the scientific and technological achievements should be implemented through the incubation of hi-tech enterprises. The concrete operation lies in that it is necessary to determine the project according to the market orientation, seek the organic combination of technology, talented people, capital and management, to establish the feasible withdrawal mechanism so as to form the technical innovation system for scientific research, achievement transformation and hi-tech industry to get up and down smoothly. |
