| 摘 要： | 近年来,农村土地大量被占用,由此引发的征地纠纷和违法占用土地问题及失地农民的生活问题,成为社会关注和学术界讨论的热点。文章详细地研究了我国失地农民产生的根本原因在于土地征收补偿制度的缺陷,反思了土地征收制度的缺陷,然后给出完善我国土地征收补偿制度的建议。

| Abstract: | In recently years,the countryside land is taken over massively in China.It leads to the dispute and occupies land illegally,even the problem that how the farmer lives.It draws great attention from the social attention and the academic circles.This essay studies the basic reason that non-land farmer appears in the flaw of land collection compensation system and gives some advice about consummation of it. |
