市场竞争视角下农村商业银行股权结构对风险承担的影响

以2012-2017年全国212家农村商业银行为研究对象，分析农村商业银行股权结构对风险承担的影响，同时引入市场竞争，探究其是否会促使农村商业银行股权结构与风险承担关系发生变化。研究发现:（1）农村商业银行股权集中度与风险承担呈倒U型关系，股权制衡度与风险承担正相关，国有属性与风险承担正相关；（2）市场竞争可以部分调节农村商业银行股权结构与风险承担的关系，即市场竞争增强了股权集中度与风险承担的倒U型关系，同时也增强了股权制衡度与风险承担的正向关系，但并不会对国有属性与风险承担的正向关系产生影响。

The Impact of the Ownership Structure of Rural Commercial Banks on Risk Taking from the Perspective of Market Competition

Based on 212 rural commercial banks in China from 2012 to 2017, this paper analyses the impact of ownership structure of rural commercial banks on risk-taking, and introduces market competition to explore whether it will change the relationship between ownership structure and risk-taking of rural commercial banks. The research finds that: (1) the ownership concentration of rural commercial banks has an inverted U-shaped relationship with risk-taking. The balance of ownership is positively related to risk-taking, and the state-owned property is positively related to risk-taking. (2) Market competition can partly regulate the relationship between ownership structure and risk- taking of rural commercial banks. Specifically, market competition enhances the inverted U-shaped relationship between equity concentration and risk-taking, and also enhances the positive relationship between equity balance and risk-taking, but it will not affect the positive relationship between state-owned attributes and risk-taking
