| 摘 要： | 信用缺失是一种道德社会的失范形态,存在于社会的各个层面和领域之中,影响中国的经济发展、政治民主和社会文明。在目前转型社会状况下,信用缺失对于面临市场经济、WTO、信息时代挑战的中国社会发展尤为不利。由此,构建"内在制裁力"与"外在制裁力"相统一的信用伦理刻不容缓。

| Abstract: | The loss of credit is a deformed state of social morality. Seen at various social levels or fields, it has brought a negative effect upon China's economic development, political democracy as well as social civilization. Under the present circumstances of a transitional society, it is a particular disadvantage to China with the challenges of the international market economy after its entrance into WTO in the information era. Therefore it is imperative to construct the social ethics with the unity of "inner sanctions" and "external sanctions. |
