| 摘 要： | 发达国家在新一轮产业结构调整中所兴起的信息产业,正以前所未有的力度影响着我国产业结构的调整,它所呈现的特点对我国产业发展带来了机遇与挑战.为此,我们必须形成一个以企业为主体、以市场为基础、以产业升级为主线、以技术进步为特点、与体制创新相适应的产业结构动态调整机制,以信息化带动工业化,促进我国产业的发展.

| Abstract: | The new IT industry,which has boomed in developed countries,affects the regulation of our industrial structure with unprecedented force.It presents chances and challenges to our industrial development,so we must form an enterprise based,market oriented,dynamic regulation mechanism for the industrial structure,which can result in the upgrading of the industry and the development of technology.Only with the help of IT,can we accelerate our industrial development. |
