地震灾区学校的恢复重建是眼前一项重要而紧迫的任务，学校社工的专业优势能够为灾区学校提供有品质的服务，促进灾后学校重建与发展。灾后学校社工志愿服务项目实施具有开创性和探索性，确保项目的服务品质，对于促进中国社会工作事业的发展具有极其深远的意义。文章以参与直接服务的经验，以被援助学校的工作实务为个案，探索有效介入灾后希望学校开展学校社工志愿服务和确保服务品质的方法。

School Reconstruction in Earthquake-stricken Area and the Effective Intervention of School Social Work

The reconstruction of schools in the earthquake-stricken area is an important and urgent task, and school social workers with professional advantages for schools in the disaster areas can provide effective services and can promote the reconstruction and development of local schools.The voluntary school social services with the implementation of innovation and exploration can ensure that the quality of service projects for China. What＇s more, all these efforts can promote the development of social work with far-reaching significance. This article is written with the direct experience of services in the disaster area, and detailed cases from the supporting activities at schools are also included as instances. We hope this would become a promotive approach of effective Hope School social work volunteering services, as well as a way of guarantee the service quality.
