| 摘 要： | 现阶段我国社会同时面临工业化和后工业化知识经济的双重挑战,因而我国的工商管理专业本科教育对学生的培养也应反映这一社会二元结构的特征。既按照职业化思路,又注意培养学生的个性、创造性的学生评价体系就顺应了这一二元结构下工商管理专业本科学生培养的要求。特别是以此为目的,所构建的有针对性的专业实践评估指标体系成为这一培养模式的具体手段。

| Abstract: | At present Chinese Society faces the dual challanges of industrialization and knowledge economy of post-industrialization,So the undergraduate education business administration should reflect the corresponding characteristics.The student evaluation system that attaches equal importance to both profession and individuality and creativity meets this special requirement.The professional practice evaluation system for this objective has become a specific means in this cultivation mode. |
