| 摘 要： | 外商直接投资(简写为FDI)在经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。我国政府给予优惠政策,鼓励外商直接投资,外商直接投资带来的资本及其外溢效应在很大程度上促进了经济的增长。湖北省利用FDI的情况表明,外商直接投资与经济增长的关系并不是单一的,而是双向的。回归分析显示外商直接投资对经济增长的影响和经济增长对外商直接投资的促进都是显著的。滞后期数不同,FDI与GDP之间存在着不同的Granger因果关系。不能简单地说是外商直接投资促进了经济的发展,不能靠一味地制定优惠政策吸引外商直接投资,关键靠科技进步促进经济发展,吸引外商直接投资。
