| 摘 要： | 我国高校以大学生家长为收费对象的政策主旨,与大学生作为已经在法律上享有独立权利和承担责任的公民身份的法律原则及精神形成了内在的"紧张",不利于我国建设法制社会必需的大学生公民意识和人格养成,而对现行的大学生助学贷款政策的必要修正,则是保证大学收费政策在理论上合理、实践上公平的理性选择。

| Abstract: | The objective of the universities in China to collect fees from the parents conflicts with the principle and spirit of law and is not beneficial to the construction of the socialist legal foundation and the development of students' personality, because university students are already adults who shoulder their rights and obligations as citizens. Therefore it is necessary to amend the current loan system and make it a rational strategy in terms fees collection by universities. |
