技术选择、劳动配置与制度安排——我国棉花产业家庭经营体制与现代农业的冲突分析

在当前我国发展现代农业的阶段,家庭经营制度的制度优势已发挥殆尽,如何创新我国的农业基本经营制度,是实现农业现代化必须解决的关键问题。该文以具有代表性的棉花产业为例,通过近年来主要指标的对比,分析了当前棉花产业所出现的问题,指出棉花产业问题出现的根源在于当前的家庭经营体制,提出公司化经营模式是未来农业经营制度的创新方向。

Technology Choice,Labor Allocation and Institutional Arrangements：Conflict Between Family-run System and Modern Agriculture of Cotton Industry in China

The institutional advantages of family-run system are almost exhausted in the phase of developing modern agriculture in China. How to innovate China’s basic agricultural management systems becomes the key poblem of agricultural modernization. Taking the cotton industry as a representative example, this paper clarifies current problems appeared in cotton industry by comparing and analyzing the main index in recent years. Through normative analysis, it argues that the problem of the cotton industry is rooted in the family-run system and points out that the mode of corporatized management is the future direction of innovation in agricultural management.
