我国农业高新技术产业化问题研究

农业高新技术产业化 ,是以农业高新技术为主体形成新兴产业的过程。我国的农业高新技术研究能力已经达到了相当高的水平 ,但是在农业高新技术产业化方面与发达国家相距甚远。作者认为我国农业高新技术产业化的问题可以归纳为农业高新技术成果本身创新不足、农业企业规模太小、企业的运营环境不良和高新技术产业化运作思路单一等四个方面。并在研究上述四个方面问题的基础上 ,进一步从总体部署、体系建设和激励机制等方面提出一些政策性建议。

On Agricultural high-new-tech industrialization in China

Agricultural high-new-tech industrialization is a forming process of new and developing industry with agricultural high-new-tech as its principal part. Despite the high reach level of agricultural high-new-tech in our country, we still have a long way to go in agricultural high-new-tech industrialization compared with developed countries. It is argued the problems of agricultural high-new-tech industrialization in China are attributed to the following causes: lesser innovation in agricultural high-new-tech research, lesser agricultural enterprise size, poor enterprise operational environment and simplistic and outdated management of high-tech industrialization. Some policy-making suggestion is put forward in terms of general planning, system construction, incentive mechanism, etc.
