The Construction On The Troop Of Counsellor Of College And Universities In The New Condition Is Confronted With Challenges And Solutions

In the new condition,many aspects of moral and political education of colleges and universities' students greatly changed,and the moral and political work of colleges and universities students is confronted with new challenges. In order to deal with the challenges,on the one hand,the managers of University should improve the understanding about the troop of counsellor,build and improve the long mechanism of it;on the other hand,counsellor should strengthen its skill,make its working capability progress,develop the work of moral and political education of students efficiently.
