| 摘 要： | 海峡西岸农业经济区是海峡西岸经济区的一个重要组成部分。本文提出了建设海峡西岸农业经济区的具体设想,即具备区域农产品生产总体发展格局是科学的,区域农产品生产有区域范围内的优势,区域农产品生产技术具国内领先水平,区域农产品生产是可持续的,区域农产品生产经营硬软环境是健康的等五项基本特征,利用好自然资源优势,农作物资源优势,水产资源优势,林竹资源优势等四大优势,先做好设计构建某类农产品生产的理想体系,打好构建"理想体系"的前期基础,建好农业科技教育的基本架构等三项工作,坚持有效益原则和可持续原则等二项原则,明确一条信念,即坚持做几年就会成功。

| Abstract: | The ideas to build the agricultural economy section on the west side of the Straits were raised in the article. The author holds that building the agricultural economy section on the west side of the Straits was necessary provided with five basic features, making full use of four advantages, doing well three jobs beforehand, adhering to two principles, and clearing cut one belief. |
