| 摘 要： | 应用系统动力学（SD）方法,以青岛市海洋渔业养殖功能区为背景研究青岛海洋渔业养殖功能区利用效能问题。构建海洋功能区利用效能评价体系及青岛渔业养殖功能区的因果反馈控制回路,采用统计方式与地理信息系统（GIS）处理数据,建立海洋功能区利用效能的SD关系模型,实现对已有海洋功能区的利用效能的预测与评估,为海洋功能区划的定量分析提供有效的技术手段及依据。
