风格独特的教师教育体系——民国时期山西教师教育特色概览

20世纪二三十年代山西省在全国率先施行义务教育过程中，首先遇到的是国民学校师资短缺问题，为了建成一支素质较高的教师队伍，山西省大力发展教师教育，加大了对师范教育的经费投入力度，改善办学条件，聘任一流师资，提高师范生的待遇，规范教学与管理工作，真正达到了提高师范教育质量的目的，从而形成了民国时期富有特色的山西教师教育体系，进而有效地保证了义务教育的顺利实施。

On the Characteristic of Running School about Shanxi Pedagogical Education in Republic of China

In 1920s and 1930s, Shanxi Province met firstly the question of teachers shortage in all national schools in the process that took lead in the country to execute compulsory education. In order to complete a quality higher teacher troop, Shanxi Province developed largely teachers education, enlarged funds investment dynamics for pedagogical education, improved the condition of running school, appointed the first-class teachers, improved the treatment of pedagogical students and standardized teaching and supervisory work. The goal was that truly enhanced pedagogical education quality, formed characteristic Shanxi teachers education system in Republic of China times, and then effectively had guaranteed compulsory education to be executed smoothly.
