| 摘 要： | 教育腐败影响个人幸福、社会进步、国家繁荣与民族未来。教育领域直接关系到其他各领域腐败的程度和治理的可能性。因此，准确认识并有效治理教育腐败是发展和谐社会主义教育事业不可回避的紧迫问题。文章从教育腐败的界定、发生的原因、表现和危害，论证从制度层面寻求解决之策。
