| 摘 要： | 通过考证,指出"哕"义古今词义有异.先秦至两汉间,"哕"义为声徐有节的声音、呃逆及深暗貌;南北朝当是"哕"字义衍变之始,唐时"哕"既有"呕"义,也有"呃逆"义;宋金元时民间以"哕"为"干呕"义,"哕"之古义"呃逆"为"咳逆、呃"所替代;明清以降,有的医家甚至不知"哕"之古义为"呃"者.
