摘    要:新疆高校中有许多从"零起点"开始学习大学英语的少数民族学生,听说课的教学成为对他们英语教学的难点。通过建构主义教学观的"情境"、"协作"、"会话"和"意义建构"四大要素在大学英语听说教学中的合理应用,有效培养少数民族大学生在"零起点"英语学习中分析问题、解决问题的创造性思维能力,发挥学生的自主性、能动性和创造性来提高英语水平。

Abstract:There are many college minority students in Xinjiang,whose English is at beginner's level.Teachers find it hard to improve the students' English listening and speaking competence.By analyzing the four elements in constructivist pedagogy,namely "situation","cooperation","conversation" and "meaning construction",and their application in the teaching of English listening and speaking,this paper holds that constructivist pedagogy is instrumental in developing minority students' innovative thinking ability and fostering their initiative,proactivity and creativity in learning English.
