| 摘 要： | 我国的工程领域,特别是工程项目管理领域逐渐与国际接轨,这使得对工程管理人才的需求日益增加。从工程管理人才培养的特点、市场对应用型和复合型双语人才的需求、工程管理专业的国际化特点、双语教学的特点和优势等方面分析了工程管理专业开设双语教学的必要性,并提出了具体的措施。

| Abstract: | The demand for engineering management talents has been rapidly increasing with the international standards. The paper proposes concrete strategies from the perspective of talent cultivation characteristics, the market requirements of application-oriented and inter-disciplinary talents, and the internationalization characteristics of engineering management specialty, as well as the advantages of bilingual education. |
