| 摘 要： | 职业倦怠是影响少年宫教师职业素质、心理健康的不利因素,其身体的衰竭、认知的扭曲和行为的异常影响着少年宫教师素质的全面发挥。通过从社会因素、学校因素、工作因素以及个人因素等方面的具体分析,找出其深层次原因,努力寻求解决少年宫教师产生职业倦怠的策略和方式。 |

| Abstract: | Job burnout is a negative factor affecting the professional competence and psychological well-being of teachers in children＇s palaces.It often results in physical exhaustion,cognitive distortion and behavioral disorders.This paper analyzes the root causes of job burnout in the view of the society,the school,the job itself and individual teacher and strives to find a way to eliminate job burnout. |
